ClearBeacon uses artificial intelligence in its services including the complAI compliance scanner (powered by large language models for website analysis) and an AI-assisted website chat. We are committed to transparency in our AI usage. No automated decisions with legal or significant effects are made without human oversight. All AI outputs are advisory and do not constitute legal advice.

EU AI Act Compliance
ClearBeacon has assessed its AI systems under the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation EU 2024/1689). Our complAI scanning tool is classified as a limited-risk AI system with appropriate transparency obligations met. We maintain human oversight for all AI-generated outputs and comply with record-keeping requirements under the Act.
